Shipping Policy
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, using Canada Post and the speed selected at checkout (Standard or Expedited).
Back-ordered or Pre-ordered items are shipped within 2 business days of their arrival in our store, again using Canada Post and the speed selected at checkout (Standard or Expedited).
Orders with "Pickup At Victoria Location" selected are typically ready by the next business day, but due to Covid-19 please wait for an email confirming your order is ready before visiting our location.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each product type has a specific return & refund policy.
Clothing
Non-personalized clothing in unused, original condition can be returned within 14 calendar days of your receiving the product for a full refund.
Sales of personalized clothing (ex. name embroidered/silk screened on item, special order for sizing, etc.) are final at the time of order and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will try to make adjustments if requested (ex. changes to customization), but cannot guarantee what our vendor(s) will allow post-order.
Any clothing that has been worn or damaged can not be returned or exchanged.
Textbooks
Unopened textbooks in their original packaging (if applicable) and condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your receiving the product.
Textbooks that have been unpackaged or used can not be returned or exchanged.
Training Equipment & First Aid Supplies
All sales of training equipment and first aid supplies are final at the time of order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
