ColumbiaShop exists primarily to serve students enrolled in First Aid, Medical Responder or Paramedic trianing programs at our school, however we do welcome purchases from non-students as well. That said, sales of certain training medical equipment and program branded items (ex. "Paramedic Academy" branded clothing) will be restricted to current and former students.

Backordered items are ordered on a monthly (or more frequent) basis as we notice stock diminsihing. These items are typically ready to ship within a matter of a week or two, but a more accurate estimate can be obtained by calling or emailing our team. Preordered items are only ordered on specific dates. This is typically class-specific items. For example, at the start of each term our paramedic program does a bulk order of t-shirts and hoodies for all of the new students. Preordering allows those students to place an order up to 3 months in advance to ensure that we get as large a group as possible, since we try to keep these student-specific items at cost.

Unfortunatley, no. All of our orders are processed by our admin team in Victoria. You can pick your orders up from that location, but we are unable to coordiante shipping orders to our numerous other locations around BC. Instead, we will ship directly to you (for individual orders) or to your Lead Instructor (Paramedic courses only) for group orders at the start of term.
